Pro Package
Workflow
1. After payment and receipt of all information, we will send you a floor plan with furniture arrangement. Then, after the approval of the plan, we send you preliminary images of the "Preview #1" in high quality with materials, furniture, etc.
2. We receive your comments and adjustments regarding the preview #1 (adjustments include changing the color of the model, changing the size of the finished model, adding décor, replacing 2 models) and make adjustments to make the image fit your needs and better reflect your idea.
3. We send you a ready-made version with a full filling of the room - furniture, materials, textures and basic décor elements.
At this stage, you can make minor changes to the decoration of furniture, objects or décor.
Any other change will cost $50.
4. After that, you get the project in a PDF file, with all the images in high quality, a clickable shop list of used models in the render, as well as a preliminary estimate with the total cost of the project.
*** If it is a studio with 3 zones: living room, dining room and kitchen, then the cost will be charged for 3 rooms. Depending on the size, an individual discount is calculated.
Information for designers
• If you have not provided accurate information about the model or a link to it, the designer does it at his discretion. If you ask to change the model after rendering, it will be considered a change.
• If the website does not specify the dimensions of the model, the designer applies standard dimensions
• If the texture cannot be downloaded from the company's website, the designer applies a screenshot and is not responsible for the quality of the image
• Commercial premises (offices, clinics, shops, etc.) are not covered by this package, and their cost is considered individually
• Rare and retro items such as picture frames, handmade furniture, figurines, etc. will be selected from our collection. Creating an exact copy of such things costs from $ 500
